Match Background: This match is for the WWE Women's title. Lita has been WWE Women's champion since 12 December 2004. 

Late In The Match: Rodney Mack comes running down the aisle and into the ring! Lita turns around. Rodney Mack drops Lita to the canvas. Rodney Mack quickly locks on the Blackout! Mack leaves the ring, the damage done! Cover gets three for Jazz, Lita got pinned. Jazz and Mack are putting the boots to Lita! Jeff Hardy comes running down the aisle with a chair! He slides in, sending Jazz \ Mack running for cover. Jeff Hardy saved Lita from a major beating.

Christopher Nowinski comes running down the aisle and into the ring! Scott Hall turns around. Christopher Nowinski spins Hall around. Christopher Nowinski hits the Honor Roll! Nowinski leaves the ring, the damage done! The ref gets into position, administers the three count, and it's over. John Bradshaw Layfield pins Hall. Scott Hall fights back, and has soon sent both John Bradshaw Layfield and Christopher Nowinski into retreat.

Demolition are left down and out in the ring thanks to the attack of Christian, Edge and Jericho.

Shawn Michaels floors Ric Flair with a right hand as payback! Poppa Pump and Flair are beating the hell out of Shawn Michaels! Triple H sprints down the aisle and slides into the ring! He goes toe-to-toe with Scott Steiner, exchanging punches, while Shawn Michaels comes back, sending Flair out of the ring with a clothesline. The KLIQ II have cleared the ring, driving off Poppa Pump and Flair!

Match Background: Jazz is the reigning WWE Women's champion, and has been since 24 January 2005. 

Late In The Match: Lita tries to channel the power of Kawada, but ends up channeling the power of Trish Stratus instead by hitting a high kick on Jazz. Lita moves in for the kill. Litacanrana!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!! Jazz \ Mack don't look like they're finished by any means...and they rush forward to attack Lita \ J.Hardy, and send them to the outside. Threats are exchanged as the chaos ends.

He goes toe-to-toe with Edge, exchanging punches, while Booker T comes back, sending Christian out of the ring with a clothesline. Booker T and RVD have cleared the ring, driving off Edge and Christian!

Late In The Match: Edge runs down the aisle and into the ring, carrying a chair! RVD turns...and gets floored with a chair to the head! The referee has no choice but to call for the bell! Disqualification! Christian and Edge are putting the boots to Rob Van Dam! Booker T comes running down the aisle with a chair! He slides in, sending Edge and Christian running for cover. Booker T bends down to help RVD back up. Wait! Christian slides back in and attacks! Booker T fights back...but is then jumped by Edge as well! Both Booker and RVD are subjected to a beat down by Edge and Christian, leaving them down and out on the canvas.
