Gail Kim and Steve Blackman vs Victoria and Richards. 

Match Background: Victoria and Richards used to be a regular team, but have been inactive for a while. Whether this match will lead to a reformation as an active unit remains to be seen. 

Late In The Match: Victoria slugs Gail Kim, sending her down into the corner. While Victoria fires up the crowd, Gail Kim is removing the turnbuckle pad! Victoria comes over...but Gail Kim grabs her by the tights and uses the leverage to slingshot Victoria face first into the exposed steel turnbuckle! Gail Kim rolls up the stunned Victoria: 1....2...3! How did the referee not see that? Gail Kim \ Blackman signal to each other...and they attack Victoria and Richards! After an swift brawl, Victoria and Richards are left down in the ring.

Stephanie McMahon is backstage, and announces that tonight we will see Booker T and RVD and Edge and Christian fight in a tag team match.

Billy Gunn vs Chris Kanyon. 

Late In The Match: The referee watches as the two wrestlers go to the outside and start brawling around ringside. He completes a ten count, and they are still outside, having ignored the count. This match is over via double count out. The fight has started up again! Billy Gunn attacks Kanyon, and they brawl all around ringside, then into the crowd! They eventually disappear backstage, still fighting.

Test is in the ring, and he calls out Eugene. Eugene appears, and eventually accepts a challenge to a match between the two.

Eugene vs Test. 

Match Background: This match is for the WWE Intercontinental title. Eugene has been WWE Intercontinental champion since 15 December 2004. 

Late In The Match: Eugene moves in for the kill. Stone Cold Stunner!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!! Eugene is still in the ring celebrating. Test pushes the referee away. Test spins Eugene around. Test hits the Test Drive!

Chris Jericho is in the ring. The Hurricane comes out, and challenges him to a match at the next show. The challenge is accepted.

Triple H is walking backstage when Kane comes from behind and attacks him with a chair. Kane walks off after hitting a few more chair shots, leaving HHH down on the floor.

Batista vs Randy Orton. 

Late In The Match: Randy Orton knocks Batista to the outside, then signals for the RKO. He reaches out of the ring for Batista...and gets clobbered with the ring bell! Right to the head! The referee looks up to see Batista sliding in and making the pinfall. The referee calls for the bell though! He's disqualifying Batista, he must have seen the ring bell shot! The match is over. Batista grabs the referee, then nails him with a right hand! Dozens of people hit the ring to stop any further incident.

Triple H is backstage. He got on THE STICK~! and talked trash about Kane, continuing their feud. To the death, I say!

Ric Flair is in the ring, and takes a microphone. He challenges Shawn Michaels to come out and face him. Shawn Michaels comes running out, but falls prey to a vicious chair shot from Scott Steiner, who had been hiding in the wings. Poppa Pump continues the beating as Ric Flair walks down to get some shots in. Shawn Michaels got suckered in.

Booker T and RVD vs Edge and Christian. 

Match Background: Edge and Christian are one of the most experienced teams in the promotion. This match is for the World Tag Team titles. Edge and Christian have been World Tag Team champions since 13 December 2004. 

Late In The Match: Christian whips RVD into the turnbuckles...and the ref is crushed! Rob Van Dam floors Christian, then signals for the Five Star Frog Splash. Meanwhile, Christian has something in his hands. RVD comes over...and has to move quickly to duck a brass knuckles punch! The knuckles get knocked to the ground in the struggle, and Rob Van Dam manages to grab them. Christian gets hit with his own weapon, and is knocked out. The referee wakes up to see the pinfall: 1....2....3! It's over. Another referee comes running down the aisle, and points out to the first official that Rob Van Dam used an illegal weapon. The referee reverses the decision! Rob Van Dam has been disqualified! Booker T and RVD don't look like they're finished by any means...and they rush forward to attack Edge and Christian, and send them to the outside. Threats are exchanged as the chaos ends.

Dawn Marie vs Takaco Inoue. 

Late In The Match: Takaco Inoue moves in for the kill. Here it comes - Takako Panic. 1....2...3, it's finished. Takaco Inoue gives a murderous look toward Dawn Marie...and attacks! Dawn gets dropped to the canvas, then battered with a barrage of rights and lefts. Inoue leaves the ring having left Dawn down and out.

Batista vs Randy Orton. 

Late In The Match: Batista hooks up a suplex, but it is blocked. Orton scores with a low blow, then turns it into a small package! The referee didn't see the illegal blow! 1...2...3! Batista got screwed out of the victory! Randy Orton slides out of the ring to the floor, then turns and leaves through the crowd. He's happy to have the win, and evidently isn't going to hang around for Batista to get some payback.

Ric Flair is backstage with his client Scott Steiner. Flair says that he has a plan, and begins to explain what it is. The scene fades out before he reveals what the plan actually is.

Match Background: Booker T and RVD and Edge and Christian are currently feuding. Neither team holds an in-ring victory since the feud started. 

Late In The Match: Booker T moves in for the kill. Book End!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!! Edge gives a murderous look toward Booker T...and attacks! Booker gets dropped to the canvas, then battered with a barrage of rights and lefts. Edge picks him up...and launches him over the top rope to the outside. A small measure of revenge has been taken.

Chris Jericho is backstage. I'm actually looking forward to this and you should too! He was out there to hype a match against The Hurricane. Good way to get the fans interested in what is coming up.

Scott Steiner vs Shawn Michaels. 

Late In The Match: Ric Flair has climbed up onto the apron! HBK turns...and falls for the distraction! Scott Steiner runs at HBK from behind...but misses! Scott Steiner collides with Ric Flair! Scott Steiner can barely stand. Sweet Chin Music!!! That shook the ring. 1....2....3!! Poppa Pump and Flair put the boots to Shawn Michaels, stomping away on him.

Chris Jericho vs The Hurricane. 

Match Background: This is a continuation of the Jericho vs Hurricane feud. 

Late In The Match: Jericho whips Hurricane into the turnbuckles...and the ref is crushed! The Hurricane knocks Jericho to the outside. While calling for the Eye Of The Hurricane, Chris Jericho slides back in, carrying the ring bell! He swings, but The Hurricane avoids it and hits a kick to the gut. Hurricane grabs the bell and smacks Chris Jericho over the head with it! The referee wakes up to see Hurricane making the pinfall: 1....2....3! Forget about it. Another referee comes running down the aisle, and points out to the first official that The Hurricane used the ring bell as a weapon. The referee reverses the decision! The Hurricane has been disqualified! Chris Jericho climbs each turnbuckle in turn, working the crowd as he celebrates his victory

The Undertaker is backstage. He wanted to rip into Big Show. Not literally, of course. That would just be nasty. Instead, this was a good way to build up to an eventual match.

Kane vs Rob Van Dam. 

Match Background: This match is for the World Heavyweight title. Rob Van Dam has been World Heavyweight champion since 13 December 2004. 

The Match: STIFF~! chop lights up RVD who covers up to try and stop the agonizing PAIN! STIFF~! chop lights up RVD who covers up to try and stop the agonizing PAIN! Fallaway slam by Kane puts down Rob Van Dam. Rude Awakening neckbreaker on Rob Van Dam by Kane. Remember when that was a legit finish? RVD powers out of a headlock. Kane takes a flying neckbreaker from Rob Van Dam. RVD crushes Kane with a running senton. Covers for a quick two count. RVD goes for a splash but Kane puts the knees up. Spear by Kane. There's a two count on the pin. Kane scores with a standing spinebuster. Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. RVD powers out of a headlock. RVD just WAFFLES Kane with a STIFF chop that hurt ME to watch! Kane avoids a Rob Van Dam avalanche by getting out of the damn way! Rob Van Dam charges into the corner, but EATS BOOT and staggers backward. Christian comes running down the aisle with a chair! Kane goes to irish whip Rob Van Dam into the ropes. Christian hits RVD with a chair to the back! Rob Van Dam is in trouble. Here it comes - Choke Slam. 1....2...3, it's finished. Kane and Christian are beating the hell out of Rob Van Dam! Triple H sprints down the aisle and slides into the ring! He goes toe-to-toe with Kane, exchanging punches, while Rob Van Dam comes back, sending Christian out of the ring with a clothesline. HHH \ RVD have cleared the ring, driving off Kane and Christian! 

My Opinion: Slightly above average match. Only gets a **3\4 rating from me.
